What is allowed
- AI-generated adult content depicting fictional adults, across the full range of legal adult themes — including explicit sexual content.
- Commercial use of outputs in your own applications and services, subject to our Terms of Service and to the laws that apply to you and your end users.
- Both SFW and NSFW workloads. You choose per request; nothing is silently filtered within the boundaries below.
What is prohibited — zero tolerance
The following are banned absolutely. Attempting them — in inputs or outputs — results in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining balance, evidence preservation, and where required, reports to authorities (including NCMEC for child sexual abuse material).
- Minors — in any form. No sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18, real or fictional, in any style — including anime, cartoon, or stylized depictions ("loli/shota" included). Characters must be unambiguously adult; ambiguity is resolved against generation.
- Real people. No sexual or intimate content depicting real, identifiable individuals — celebrities, private persons, anyone — with or without their consent. Uploading a real person's photo as a reference for NSFW generation is prohibited. This includes all forms of non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) and sexual deepfakes.
- Sexual violence and non-consent. No content depicting rape, sexual assault, coercion, or incapacitation presented in a sexual context.
- Bestiality and necrophilia.
- Anything illegal under applicable law, or intended to facilitate illegal activity.
How we enforce
- Automated screening on both sides: inputs (prompts, reference images and videos) and outputs are scanned by keyword and image classifiers tuned for the prohibitions above. Upstream providers apply their own checks as well — for example, Seedance video edit/extend inputs that appear to contain a real person are rejected at submission.
- Human review of flagged edge cases; repeat flags escalate to account review.
- No appeals for category 1. Categories 2–5 may be appealed once via abuse@18models.ai with context; we respond within 3 business days.
- We retain the technical records necessary to investigate violations, and we cooperate with law enforcement on child-safety matters. Full data-handling details are in our Privacy Policy.
Your obligations as an API customer
- You and your end users must be 18+.
- If you expose generation to your own users, you must implement age assurance appropriate to your jurisdictions and pass through the prohibitions above in your own terms.
- You remain responsible for how outputs are used and distributed downstream. Our screening is a backstop, not a substitute for your own moderation.
- Report anything that slipped through: abuse@18models.ai. We act on child-safety reports within 24 hours.
Why the policy is built this way
We serve this market for the long term. Every prohibition above is either a legal bright line or an industry-survival requirement — platforms that ignored them have lost their payment rails, their infrastructure, or their existence.
